Will you commit to fully funding the Kirwan Blueprint by FY2027, and will you name the specific revenue source — not a study, not a task force, the actual funding mechanism?

The Blueprint for Maryland's Future (Kirwan Commission) was signed into law but has never been fully funded. Maryland students in underfunded districts are waiting. Every candidate for governor and the legislature must answer this question with a dollar amount and a revenue source.
