Request Data Deletion
Submit your email address to request deletion of your personal data. We will process your request within 30 days.
What is and is not deleted
- Deleted: Your phone number, email address, authentication credentials, and personal profile data.
- Retained: Civic concerns you submitted are part of the permanent public record. Per Iron Law 17, civic credit is permanent. Your display name on resolved issues will be anonymized upon request, but the civic record entry itself cannot be removed.
- Retained: The 7-year ARCEB audit log is immutable by design for public accountability.
